WishMobile
LINE, a popular messaging app in Asia, integrates with CRM to manage customer interactions, automate tasks, and enhance targeted marketing, boosting sales.
WishMobile, a leading provider of LINE CRM solutions for the beauty and wellness industry, initially focused on supporting small studios. As we expanded to serve larger enterprises, our existing pass bundle system proved insufficient, lacking the automation and seamless online purchasing needed to handle high transaction volumes and enhance customer engagement.
To address this, we redesigned the pass bundle system and introduced the Marketplace with automation and support for complex marketing use cases. As the only designer on this project, I designed the user flow and interface with user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing. Collaborating closely with the PM, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the design met all requirements and delivered an optimal user experience.
Since launch, this upgrade has driven a 53% increase in new businesses adopting our system, extending our reach beyond beauty and wellness to chained restaurants and retail sectors.
Pass Bundles for both online and offline sales. Once customers complete their purchase, our system automatically delivers digital passes.
Boost customer traffic with discounts! Whether it's birthday specials, seasonal offers, or other promotions, these coupons are designed to encourage repeat visits and drive up revenue.
Just set up your products, publish them, and our system handles the rest, including order tracking—leaving you free to focus on growing your business.
- Inefficient : It requires manual process with multiple steps and data entry.
- No Automation To Promote : It requires staff to manually promote pass bundles in-store, relying on face-to-face conversations with customers.
Build on our existing system to minimize changes for developers and users, ensuring a smooth transition and easy adoption.
Design for flexibility to support not only the beauty and wellness industry but also other sectors, covering a wide range of use cases.
Working collaboratively with the PM and engineers was crucial in building this feature on top of our existing system. By combining our efforts, we ensured that the new Marketplace feature seamlessly integrates with the current pass bundle system while remaining scalability to meet our future product roadmap. Our teamwork allowed us to address user needs effectively and create a solution that supports growth and adapts to various business requirements.
With the successful launch of the Marketplace, we’ve seen a 53% increase in new businesses adopting our system, expanding beyond the beauty and wellness sector to include restaurants and retail. This growth highlights our ability to meet user needs and attract a wider range of clients. Looking ahead, we’re excited to roll out new features like points redemption to further enhance the marketplace and drive even more growth.
